All K-12 teachers in Maui County are invited to participate in this community based & volunteer-run Art Exhibit. Teachers may participate by submitting artwork and assisting with the installation and take down of the exhibit.

Window for Entries: Monday – Wednesday, September 23 – 25, 2019 (No Late Entries)

Installation of Exhibit: Monday, September 30, 2019 – Starting at 3:30 pm War Memorial Gym

Please send a representative from your school to help.

Exhibition: Thursday – Sunday, October 3-6, 2019 – Do not pick up work/take down before Monday, Oct. 7, 2019

Take Down/Pick Up of Entries: Monday, October 7, 2019 (8:00—9:30 a.m.)
(Teachers: If you cannot participate on Monday with the take down and pick up of entries, please send a school representative or a volunteer parent to help.)

*** Unclaimed artwork will be stored at the Maui Fair office/trailer for 5 days.

After Friday, October 11, 2019 the artwork will be disposed of.

Divisions and Categories: * Entries must be submitted in one of five Divisions:
Division I (K, 1, 2) – Division II (3, 4, 5) – Division III (6, 7, 8) – Division IV (9, 10) – Division V (11, 12)
* There will be two categories: Two-Dimensional (2-D) and Three-Dimensional (3-D)

Each student will be limited to one entry per category (1 entry for 2D & 1 entry for 3D maximum; THIS INCLUDES COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS).
(Additional works by the same student in same category will be disqualified.)
