New Sections: “Recycle/Reuse/Repurpose”, “Hawaiiana”
New Addition in Fine Arts and Crafts: “arrangements using fresh local flowers and foliage” arrangements using artificial flowers will be placed in the “Other” category in this section.
Rural Life is a celebration of our agricultural roots. For this reason, encouraging the of use of locally grown flowers, foliage and other agricultural products is a priority. This not only helps farmers but it also helps keep our islands safe from new invasive species that can be introduced from our ports of entry.
