Great News! The County of Maui Recycling Section is putting the 3 CAN PLAN-CURBSIDE RECYCLING on display! The County is planning for Curbside Recycling and wants to hear what you have to say about it. Please stop by to learn about the future of recycling for Maui County. Discover what’s in your rubbish can! Learn how much of what’s in your rubbish can is actually rubbish and how much can be recycled or composted.
In the “County on Your Corner” tent located adjacent to the Recycling Tent, you can enter to win a computer or set of home recycling bins, and take the game wheel for a spin and win a prize! Learn about the latest recycling programs like the New Hanger Re-Use Program, # 1 and # 2 plastic recycling, and how to recycle more from your home or business.
The County Recycling Section Fair Tent can be found in it’s usual spot underneath the big tree between the Joy Zone and the Food Tent, and is adjacent to the “County on Your Corner” tent where County folks can answer questions.
